FAQ

What’s the age range to train?

Our athlete classes are designed for ages 14–21. All other training groups are for adults, typically ranging from 18–72. In the summer we run kids classes and camps which can range anywhere from 9-13.

Do you train around injuries?

Yes. All of our coaches are experienced in modifying exercises to safely work around injuries. Our goal is not only to keep you training, but to help address and improve the root cause of the issue whenever possible.

What are the class sizes?

Class sizes range from 3–12 people, with most averaging 6–8 clients. This allows for a personalized, coach-led experience while still building a strong community.

Do you offer childcare?

We do not offer childcare. However, if your child is old enough to sit quietly, they are welcome to stay in the lobby while you train.

Can I work out on my own?

No. LivingFit is a coach-led training studio, meaning every session is structured and guided by a coach.

This ensures proper technique, progression, and the best possible results.

Is this program right for beginners?

Yes—our program is designed for all fitness levels. Every workout is adjusted to your experience, fitness level, and any limitations, so whether you’re just starting or have been training for years, you’ll be challenged appropriately.

How are your classes different from a typical group fitness class?

Unlike large group classes, we keep our sessions small (3–10 clients) so we can coach, correct, and personalize your workout in real time. You get the energy of a group with the attention of personal training.

What if I have injuries or limitations?

That’s exactly why we coach every session. We make adjustments based on your needs so you can train safely while still making progress.

Do I need to be in shape before starting?

Not at all. That’s our job—to meet you where you’re at and help you build from there.

How often should I train?

Most clients train 2–4 times per week. We’ll help you determine what makes the most sense based on your goals and schedule.

How much does it cost?

Memberships vary based on your training frequency and goals, but most clients invest between $300–$500 per month. We’ll go over all options after your trial week and help you choose what fits best.

Do I have to commit long-term?

We offer multiple membership options based on your goals and consistency level. After your trial week, we’ll walk you through everything and help you choose the best fit.

Our shortest commitment is 12 weeks, as meaningful progress and real change take time, consistency, and structure.

What is a typical workout like and how long is it?

Each 60-minute session includes:

    •    5 min mobility & stretching

    •    5 min activation & prehab

    •    45–50 min coach-led strength training

Do you offer nutrition advice or support?

Yes—we provide basic nutrition and lifestyle guidance to support your progress alongside your training.

For more in-depth, personalized support based on your specific goals, we recommend working with one of our in-house nutrition coaches

What’s the community like?
